Our Founder

Max received a BA in Business Administration from Harding University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University Of Missouri. He has been a CPA since 1974, having formerly worked for Arthur Andersen & Co., CPA’s. He is a member of both the AICPA and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a licensed security dealer with the NASD. Max is also licensed to sell life, accident and health insurance as well as variable annuities. Married with four children, he resides in Marysville, Ohio.

He is an Endorsed Local Provider of DaveRamsey.com for the central Ohio area and is a trained coordinator for Financial Peace University. He is also licensed to sell life, health, and accident insurance as well as variable annuities. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974 and owns his own tax and accounting practice with three offices in Central Ohio.
